Our Client: Paris-Orly Airport
Paris-Orly airport is a major infrastructure within the French airport network. As the country's second largest airport and Europe's twelfth largest, Orly plays a crucial role in international connectivity. In 2017, it became the interconnection point for 156 cities around the world, allowing travelers to reach a multitude of destinations. The operation of Paris-Orly Airport is entrusted to the ADP group, an organization that strives to provide quality services and maintain efficient and secure airport operations.
The context :
In April 2015, the airport launched construction of the junction building which connects the former South and West terminals. The new terminal 3 was inaugurated in April 2019 and aims to expand the airport to cope with the increase in traffic.
A baggage sorting system must be designed for this terminal 3, ALPHA-CIM has been selected for this mission.
