Your personal data may be collected during:

We do not collect any data that is not necessary for the processing purpose mentioned during collection or data prohibited by law or regulation.

4 Our processing of your personal data

We process your personal data by entering it into internal databases or files. It is stored, retained and, if necessary, rectified, deleted, archived, anonymized or pseudonymized, and transferred to trusted third parties.

5.1 The basis for processing your personal data

In accordance with the regulations, the processing of your personal data by us is justified if it is based on one of the following grounds:

  • Your consent to the processing of your data by us : You agree to the processing of your personal data by express consent. You can withdraw this consent at any time by contacting our DPO.
  • The existence of a contract between you and us: the processing of data is then justified by the needs of the execution of the contract.
  • Our legitimate interest in processing your personal data provided that this proportionate interest respects your fundamental rights and your privacy.
  • The Law or regulation in force when it obliges us to process and store your personal data.

 

5.2 Methods and durations of storage of your personal data

We manage your personal data in three phases:

  • An active phase where the data is kept for the time indicated below in the “active” base: your personal data is then accessible only by people who have an operational need to access it in order to carry out the authorized processing.
  • An archiving phase (for an additional period of time beyond the retention in the “active” database) when a legitimate reason justifies it: your personal data is then archived with restricted access and for a limited period.
  • A deletion or anonymization phase: at the end of the additional archiving within the timeframes below, your personal data is deleted or anonymized (such that it can no longer constitute personal data identifying you).

Your personal data is kept for the time necessary for its processing, our customer relationship where applicable and the execution of contracts and within the limits specifically set out in regulations.

We may retain your personal data in archiving for the purposes of preserving accounting, tax or evidentiary supporting documents for the duration of the applicable prescriptions. 5.3 Exercising your rights over your personal data

You have:

  • A right of access, which allows you to obtain:

    • It allows you to have information about you corrected when it is outdated or incorrect. It also allows you to have incomplete information about you completed.
  • Of a right of erasure:
    • It allows you to obtain the erasure of your personal data subject to legal retention periods. It may particularly apply in the event that your data is no longer necessary for processing.
  • From a right of limitation:
    • It allows you to limit the processing of your data in the following cases:
      • In the event of illicit use of your data;
      • If you dispute the accuracy of these;
      • If you need to have the data to establish, exercise or defend your rights.
